There are two ways in which the Council can assist with finding
vacant commercial premises. The
Economic Development Service keep a Register containing details
of both Council and privately owned commercial properties and land
available for sale or rent. The Register is updated on a quarterly
basis and its is possible for staff to search its database for
properties that match your requirement. The results can be posted
or e-mailed to you. Alternatively you can search the
Property Register on-line here www.business-matters.biz

The Council also owns a number of shops, offices and industrial
units in Bath, Keynsham and Norton Radstock, which are managed by
