Bath & North East Somerset Council owns approximately 1,200 property assets with a current capital value of more than £500 million.  It holds this portfolio in two estates – the Commercial Estate and the Corporate Estate.  Property Services is responsible for the management of all these properties, as well as delivery of the Council’s Printing, Catering and Cleaning Services.
