Customer Research
As a council we aim to provide our customers with an excellent
service however they choose to contact us. In order to assess if we
are achieving this goal, we use various means to survey our
customers.
One such method we have adopted is the use of customer exit
surveys in our local offices. As customers leave they are
approached by a member of staff and asked if they would be happy to
answer a few questions about the service they have just
received.
