All the information a landlord could ever wish for

BATH & North East Somerset is teaming up with Bristol City and South Gloucestershire Councils and the Bristol Association of Letting and management Agents in organising the biggest ever landlord event in the south west.

Landlord Expo 2004 – sponsored by SWEB – takes place at the Holiday Inn in Hambrook, near Bristol (just off junction one of the M32) on Thursday, May 20 from 12.30pm to 9pm.

The event, which attracts around 300 landlords, will feature dozens of commercial and local authority exhibition stands, workshops and seminars – providing all the information a landlord could ever want.

Cllr Vic Pritchard, Executive Member for Housing and Community Safety, said: “This is the first year Bath & North East Somerset Council has been involved in organising this popular annual event.

“This reflects the good working relationship that our Housing Services team has with the other councils and with landlords across the area.”
